Projects Abroad Elective Placements
With Projects Abroad you can enjoy adventurous foreign travel with a chance to have a worthwhile elective placement overseas. You can join your elective placement in any one of fourteen destinations around the world. You will get experience working with local medical professionals in sometimes a very different environment to what you are used to in the UK.
Placements are fully supported by local staff on the ground. They will organize everything from picking you up from the airport, induction, food and accommodation as well as social events. The placements are available throughout the year. There are no set start or finish dates. Placements are tailored to your interests.
Volunteers are needed in Argentina, Bolivia, China, Ghana, India, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Nepal, Peru, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand and Togo.
